Vanessa Kandiyoti will ensure confirmation of ordered item(s), availability, shipping, taxes and duties before completing order transaction. You will only be charged for goods once the item(s) ordered have been despatched. If there are any items on your order which are not in stock, you will not be charged for them until we actually ship them to you. You will be advised by e-mail if we are unable to complete your order.

Vanessa Kandiyoti strives to respect the copyright of any and all graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts used in all publications, to use self-created graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts, or to make use of royalty-free graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts. Any brands and trademarks named in the Internet content that may be protected by third-party rights are fully subject to the provisions of the currently applicable trademark law and the possessory rights of the respective registered owner. The simple mention shall not be interpreted as such that brands are not protected by third-party rights. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to return ordered items, except earrings or customised pieces, within 14 days following the date of delivery and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept earring returns for hygiene reasons.

There may be additional charges incurred by ordering online which cannot be refunded. These non-refundable charges include: sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU, and any additional insurance to cover return shipping. When emailing for a return, please clearly state your reason for return, and full contact information including name, address, and daytime and evening telephone number.
